Mini Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    3/4 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    For meat loaves, combine first seven ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly, but thoroughly.
    Shape meat mixture into eight 3 x 2-inch loaves.
    Place in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until centers of meat loaves are no longer pink.
