Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. yellow squash, cooked
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 can chicken soup
    3 carrots, grated
    2 oz. pimento
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Melt oleo and mix herb stuffing.
    Divide in half and mix soup and sour cream with 1/2 of stuffing mix and all other ingredients. Place in buttered baking dish.
    Spread the last half of the herb stuffing mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
