Mostaccioli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. mostaccioli (pasta)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 medium sweet onions, diced thin
    1 cucumber, quartered and sliced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 tomatoes, sliced in wedges
    1 green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in salted water; do not undercook.
    Drain and generously coat with cooking oil.
    Mix all remaining ingredients together; add to pasta (best if marinated at least overnight).
