Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in water.
    Blend in flour.
    Knead 15 to 18 times.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
    Cut into 4 to 6 pieces and shape into pretzels.
    Place onto foil-lined cookie sheet and brush with egg.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
