Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    4 c. stale bread
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. melted butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix well, combine with mashed potatoes.
    Put in 2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6 to 8.
