Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    juice of 1 lemon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 graham cracker crusts
Preparation
    Boil water; add jello to dissolve.
    Add lemon juice. Refrigerate to cool.
    Chill milk.
    Blend cheese and sugar until creamy.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour milk in bowl.
    Whip until bubbled up, slightly thick.
    Fold into jello and cheese mixture.
    Chill until set (preferably overnight).
