Bible Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 Psalms 55:21 (butter)
    1 c. Jeremiah 6:20 (sugar)
    2 c. 1 Kings 4:22 (flour)
    1 Jeremiah 17:11 (egg)
    1/4 tsp. Leviticus 2:13 (salt)
    3/4 c. Lamentations 4:7 (milk)
    2 1/2 ??? Galatians 5:9 (baking powder)
    1 tsp. Numbers 17:8 (almond flavoring)
Preparation
    Cream Psalms 55:21.
    Gradually add Jeremiah 6:20.
    Cream together until fluffy.
    Add Jeremiah 17:11 and beat thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients together 3 times and add alternately with Lamentations 4:7.
    Add flavoring.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 in greased pan.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) layers.
