Leon Style Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slabs baby back ribs
    seasoned salt
    1 c. catsup
    9 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. steak sauce
    1/2 tsp. each: seasoned salt, hickory smoked salt, hot pepper sauce to taste
Preparation
    Generously sprinkle ribs on both sides with seasoned salt. Stand several hours.
    Mix remaining ingredients in medium saucepan. Heat to boil, simmer, uncovered 30 minutes.
