A Stir-Fry Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil (won't smoke)
    1 pkg. chicken breasts
    snow peas or green peas
    broccoli
    1 c. cashew nuts
    soy sauce (1/8 c.)
    1/4 c. rice wine
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut raw chicken breasts in cubes.
    Add peas and broccoli flowerets
    that have been blanched in boiling, salted water for 2 minutes; drain.
    Add about 1 cup cashew nuts.
    Stir all of these until
    they are coated with oil and are tender-crisp (about 3 minutes).
    Add
    a sauce of soy sauce, rice, wine and cornstarch. Blend all together and serve.
