Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked mashed potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, spoon into greased 1-quart baking dish and cover with topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
