Oven Chicken Casserole * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 chicken (meaty pieces)
Preparation
    New method to cook old ham.
    Soak ham (10 to 12 pounds) overnight; wash ham well.
    Put in roaster, add 6 to 7 cups water (cold).
    Put top on roaster tight, all vents closed.
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Put ham in oven and cook ham for 15 minutes at 500\u00b0.
