Mabel'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked summer squash
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
grated cheese or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook squash until tender; drain.
Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
Combine squash, ground beef, onion, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole.
Top with grated cheese or cracker crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
