Patio Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
3 eggs
6 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 cans pie filling
1 tsp. vanilla
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix butter, eggs and vanilla.
Add sugar.
Mix in flour and baking powder.
Spread half of dough in bottom of a cookie sheet. Spread pie filling over dough.
Crumble remainder of dough on top, to cover pie filling.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 and then 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.
