Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can corn
    3 peppers, chopped (jalapeno)
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix and bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
