All-In-One Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. uncooked regular, quick or instant Cream of Wheat cereal
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated (about 1 c.)
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen Brown 'N Serve sausage links, thawed and cut into bite size pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-inch square baking dish. In medium saucepan over low heat, bring milk to the boiling point. Slowly sprinkle in Cream of Wheat cereal, stirring constantly. Return to boiling point; reduce heat.
    Stir until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 3/4 cup of cheese and mustard; stir until cheese melts.
    Beat in eggs until well blended; stir in the sausage.
    Spread into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
