Garden Good Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans, clean and snip off ends
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Halve beans lengthwise.
    Saute onion in margarine in saucepan until soft.
    Stir in beans.
    Toss until well coated.
    Stir in seasonings, 1/4 cup water and bouillon cube, crushing bouillon with spoon until dissolved.
    Cover.
    Cook for 10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
