Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Hershey's Kisses

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together until creamy.
Add sugars. Add next 5 ingredients.
Roll dough into balls the size of a quarter, then roll in sugar.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and push 1 Hershey Kiss down in top of cookies while hot.
