Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 box cornflakes
salt and pepper to taste
6 to 8 pork chops
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 to 1 c. milk
Preparation

Salt and pepper pork chops.
Beat eggs; add milk.
Crush cornflakes in plastic bag.
Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then in cornflake crumbs.
Place foil on baking sheet.
Place chops on foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
