Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. oleo (1 1/2 sticks)
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk (Pet)
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick oleo
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. crushed corn flakes
3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; beat in potatoes, then mix eggs, milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Heat on top of stove until thickens. Put in buttered casserole and bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Remove from oven.
Melt oleo.
Mix with pecans, corn flakes and brown sugar.
Pour on top of baked mixture.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
