Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk together and spread 1/2 to 2/3 of batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan (the batter will be very thick).
    Bake for 5 minutes.
