Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream the butter, Crisco and sugar until sugar dissolves.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Sift together the flour and baking powder.
    Add flour and milk alternately to first mixture.
    Add flavorings. Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
    Place in cold oven. Turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
