Seafood Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice, cooked
    8 oz. shrimp
    1 can tuna
    3 eggs, boiled and diced
    juice of 1 lemon
    mayonnaise (small amount to mix)
    1/2 c. diced pickles
    1/2 c. diced green onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and serve on lettuce leaf.
