No Bake Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. canned mushrooms
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1 tsp. crushed basil
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    Brown beef with onion in skillet.
    Add tomato paste, sauce, mushrooms, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano and water.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Let Mozzarella melt over sauce.
    Serve like spaghetti.
    Serves 4 to 6.
