Onion-Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine in skillet; cool.
    Add sour cream, salt and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Combine muffin mix, eggs, milk, corn and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
    Pour into greased 9-inch baking pan.
    Spoon onion mixture on top.
    Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
