Mexican Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground chuck
1 to 2 pkg. corn tortillas (2 pkg. works better)
1 to 2 medium onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies (optional)
1 (17 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 to 2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown ground chuck in large skillet, drain off excess fat. Add onions and seasonings.
Add tomato sauce, enchilada sauce and green chilies.
Cook slowly until meat is done.
Grease large baking dish (9 x 13-inches).
