Layered Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
15 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Remove from heat.
Mix spaghetti, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Spread in ungreased rectangular baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
