Skinny "French Fries" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cut in strips or lengthwise about 1/2-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. oil
    paprika
    1/2 tsp. lite salt or less
Preparation
    Pierce squash several places and bake whole 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or
    steam
    for
    1 hour.
    If baked, turn halfway during baking time.
    Cut in half; remove seeds.
    Scrape out meat with fork, producing a spaghetti-like texture.
    Serve with favorite spaghetti sauce and ground meat, if desired.
