Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 jar (8 oz.) process cheese spread
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place broccoli and rice in 2-quart casserole.
    Stir in half of cheese spread.
    Melt butter in skillet, add onion and celery and cook until tender but not brown.
    Stir in soup and milk, then season to taste (salt and pepper).
    Pour sauce over rice and broccoli mixture; mix well.
    Top casserole with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
