American Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. salt pork, diced
    2 1/2 lb. beef or pork, cubed and floured
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. onion
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook salt pork, then add beef floured to brown.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
