Potatoes Hashed In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes (baked 36 hours before using)
    1 pt. heavy cream
    salt
    butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel the day of use, cube, cover with 1 pt. heavy cream, salt and butter.
    Cook 1 hour.
    Transfer to casserole, dot with butter and grated cheese and paprika.
    Bake another 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
