Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep-dish pie shell, cook and set aside
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Add egg yolks and milk; cook until thickened. Pour in pie shell.
    Beat egg whites. Add a pinch of salt and cream of tartar; beat until slightly stiff.
    Add 2 level tablespoons of sugar per egg white.
    Beat until stiff.
    Cover pie with meringue and cook until brown.
