Sweet-Sour Country Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. country-style pork or loin back ribs
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 tsp. coriander seed, crushed
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
    2 tsp. chopped ginger
Preparation
    Put ribs in a single layer in large, shallow casserole.
    Pour soy sauce over meat and sprinkle with garlic.
    Pour juices from canned pineapple into pan with ribs.
    Reserve pineapple chunks. Sprinkle with coriander.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until ribs are very tender, basting occasionally.
    Remove ribs onto platter.
