Lentil Roast(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked lentils
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/4 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. skim canned milk
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in loaf pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10.
