Ingredients

2 1/2 c. reduced-fat baking and pancake mix
1 c. shredded wheat-bran cereal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. golden raisins
Preparation

Combine the baking mix, shredded cereal and sugar in a large bowl.
Beat together milk and eggs in medium-size bowl.
Pour milk mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist; do not overmix.
Stir in raisins.
