Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. croutons, seasoned
    2 c. grated cheese
    8 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled (you can also use sausage)
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put croutons in bottom of pan with cheese next.
    Mix rest of ingredients, except bacon or sausage. Pour over top.
    Put foil over top and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Next morning, put bacon or sausage over top. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
