Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Pillsbury hot roll mix
1 1/2 lb. sausage
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Preparation

Fix dough to box recipe.
Let rise 10 minutes.
Cook sausage and drain.
Add all other ingredients.
Stir until cheese melts. Let sausage mixture cool.
Make 1 large or 2 small loaves.
Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thick.
Spread sausage mixture evenly over dough.
Roll up and tuck ends under.
