Elegantly Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

    2 lb. sliced maters
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegah
    1 c. roughly ground Munster chez
    2 qt. cubed aigplant
    2 c. diced zucchini squash
    1 c. English peas
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. uv watah
Preparation
    Oil a 3-quart casserole ('r 2 different smaller dishes; freeze one fur later).
