Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or more bulk sausage
    1 or 2 c. grated cheese
    6 slices trimmed bread
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. light cream or sour cream
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Butter casserole.
    Put bread in casserole.
    Cover with cooked sausage, then cheese.
    Beat eggs with milk, cream and seasonings. Pour over cheese.
    Sprinkle mushrooms on top.
    Refrigerate overnight or at least 1 1/2 hours.
    Take out of refrigerator at least one hour before cooking.
    Bake one hour at 325\u00b0.
