Iced Mocha Mint Coffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. hot, double-strength coffee
fresh mint
sugar
cream
Preparation

Brew tea as usual, but instead of adding sugar or honey to sweeten, stir a teaspoon or two of fruit preserves into the cup. Strawberry, cherry and apricot are especially good.
