Currant Jelly(This Recipe Takes Some Time.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. half ripe currants
    3/4 c. sugar (per 1 c. juice)
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash fruit and mash.
    Place in saucepan.
    Add water and simmer 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Place in jelly bag (similar to a cheesecloth that allows liquid to drain through) and let drain several hours.
    Do not squeeze.
