Lemon Garlic Brussels Sprouts And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
    1 c. julienne cut carrots
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3/4 tsp. basil, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine.
    Add Brussels sprouts, carrots, garlic, basil and pepper.
    Saute about 7 minutes until tender, stirring frequently.
    Stir in lemon juice; cook about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 6 servings, 2/3 cup each.
