Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat cubed (chuck or round)
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 slice bread, cubed
    1 onion
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    6 carrots, cut up
    1 c. celery, cut up
    4 potatoes, cut up
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake at 250 for 5 hours.
