Speedy Southwest Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    4 oz. Monterey Jack
    4 oz. Cheddar
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti (al dente); whisk milk and egg and add to hot pasta.
    Spread in greased (Pam) 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cook meat (while spaghetti is cooking) with onion and green pepper; add spices, cook 2 minutes.
    Spread on pasta.
    Top with shredded cheeses.
    Bake in lower 1/3 of oven 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
