Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 cans hominy, drained
 
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick butter or oleo
3/4 jar jalapeno Cheese Whiz
Preparation
- 
                            Melt half of butter in 2 quart casserole dish.
 
Mix all remaining ingredients together except butter.
Pour into casserole dish. Slice remaining butter in pats and place on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
