Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Jewish rye bread slices
1 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
1/2 oz. sauerkraut
2 Swiss cheese slices
2 oz. corned beef
margarine
Preparation
-
Spread margarine on bread.
Place in hot skillet.
Put slice of cheese on each slice of bread, then the rest of ingredients. Once hot, remove from skillet.
Makes one sandwich.
