Egg-Stra Special Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    1 medium onion
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. cheese, shredded (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Pat hash browns into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Brown sausage and onion and put over hash browns.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg, parsley and pour over.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
