Old-Fashioned Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. popped corn
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put popped corn in a large bowl.
Next, mix sugar, water, light corn syrup, salt and butter in a small cooking pot.
This should be cooked slowly over a low heat.
You will need to test it occasionally.
This can be done by dropping a small bit of the mixture into cold water.
If mixture is ready, it will form a hard ball when it is dropped into the cold water.
