Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. mace (only if you like)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs to butter-sugar mixture. Mix flour, plus baking powder, into butter mix alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
This is too hot in my oven; I use 325\u00b0.
