Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    1 box confectioners sugar
    peanut butter
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil potato until tender; let cool until you can work it with your hands.
    Mix with butter and confectioners sugar until it forms a dough.
    Spread a cup of sugar and roll out; put peanut butter on top of dough and roll.
    When chilled, slice.
    Keep in refrigerator.
