Dad'S Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

27 oz. can sauerkraut, rinsed in cold water
2 Tbsp. caraway seed
3 cloves garlic
1 (1 lb. bacon), minced
bacon drippings from the bacon
3/4 c. to 1 c. wine vinegar
sliced kielbasa
Preparation

Rinsed sauerkraut, cook, simmer sauerkraut, garlic and caraway seed 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
After cooking, put in bacon and bacon grease and pour over the sauerkraut.
Serve warm. You may add sliced kielbasa.
